Tenders

The following tender is advertised:

 

KING GEORGE PARK ROZELLE PONTOON WORKS

                     Contract No. KGP 04/11

 

Tenders are invited for the design and construction of a pontoon, dinghy rack and associated landscape works.

 

Tender documents comprising engineering drawing and specifications for a lump sum contract may be obtained from Council’s Citizen Service Centre at Council’s Administration Building at 7-15 Wetherill Street, Leichhardt between 8:30am and 5:15pm Monday to Friday. A non-refundable fee of $30 is payable per set of documents on disk or $50 per set in paper format.

 

Tenders are to be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to the undersigned and endorsed with the words “King George Pontoon works “. Tenders shall be placed in the tender box provided at Council’s Citizen Service Centre at Council’s Administration Building by 4 pm on Wednesday 21 September 2011. Tenders to be submitted in both hard copy and electronic version (in.pdf format). Late tenders will not be considered. Tenders submitted by email or facsimile will not be accepted.

 

The contract will not necessarily be awarded to the lowest or any tenderer.
