Leichhardt Council is seeking Expressions of Interest for the Provision of Legal Services in any of the following areas of work:

  • Property - Conveyancing, Leases, Licenses of Public Land
  • Contract and Tenders (especially construction / infrastructure)

Tender for Concrete Footpath Replacement Program

Contract No. CFRP/10

 

 Tenders are invited for the construction of alterations and additions to the existing Latchem Robinson Grandstand including a new function room, bar and kitchen area, toilet area, storage room, lift and stairs.

 

Tender documents comprising drawings and specifications may be obtained from Council’s Citizen Service Centre at Council’s Administration Building at 7-15 Wetherill Street, Leichhardt between 8:30 am and 4:30pm Monday to Friday. A non-refundable fee of $50 is payable per set of documents including a disk and one set of documents in paper format (A3 / A4 only).

 

Tenders are to be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to the undersigned and endorsed with the words “TENDER FOR CONCRETE FOOTPATH REPLACEMENT PROGRAM.”  Tenders shall be placed in the tender box provided at Council’s Customer Service Centre in the Administration Building by 3pm on Wednesday 11th November 2009.

 

Late tenders will not be considered. Tenders submitted by email or facsimile will not be accepted.

 

The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.

TENDER FOR STREETSCAPE WORKS  JOHNSTON STREET ANNANDALE

Between Booth Street & 127 Johnston Street

 

CONTRACT NO:  AMS /10

Tenders are invited for the construction of streetscape improvement works on Johnston Street, Annandale between Booth Street and 127 Johnston Street.

 

Tender documents comprising engineering drawings and specifications may be obtained from Council’s Citizen Service Centre at Council’s Administration Building at 7-15 Wetherill Street, Leichhardt between 8:30 am and 4:30pm Monday to Friday. A non-refundable fee of $50 is payable per set of documents on disk or $120 per set in paper format.

 

Tenders are to be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to the undersigned and endorsed with the words “Tender for Streetscape Works - Johnston Street, Annandale”. Tenders shall be placed in the tender box provided at Council’s Customer Service Centre in the Administration Building by 3:00 pm on Wednesday 25th November 2009. Late tenders will not be considered. Tenders submitted by email or facsimile will not be accepted.

 

The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
