| The Access Policy Committee meets on the 2nd Wednesday of the month every two months at 3.30pm in the Leichhardt Town Hall Supper Room. |

| Bicycle Advisory Committee |
| The Bicycle Advisory Committee meets on the 2nd Wednesday of the month on a quarterly basis at 6.30pm in the Leichhardt Town Hall Supper Room. |

| Budget and Parking Management Taskforce |
| The next meeting of the Budget and Parking Management Taskforce will be held on Tuesday 15 May 2012 at 6:30pm in the Council Chambers of the Leichhardt Town Hall. |

| Climate Change Taskforce |
| The Climate Change Taskforce meets bi-monthly on the 1st Wednesday of the month commencing in March. The next meeting of the Climate Change Taskforce has been rescheduled from 4 July to 25 July 2012 at 6:30pm in the Supper Room Leichhardt Town Hall. |

| Community Services Safety & Facilities Committee |
| The Community Services, Safety & Facilities Committee meets on the 1st Thursday of the month on a monthly basis at 6:30pm in the Hall Supper Room. Please note that the meeting in July will be held on Thursday 19 July at 6:30pm in the Supper Room.

| Community to Community Committee |
| The Community to Community Committee meets on a Thursday on a quarterly basis at 6:30pm in the Leichhardt Town Hall Supper Room.

| Environment and Recreation Committee |
| The Environment and Recreation Committee meets bi-monthly on the 1st Wednesday of the month at 6:30pm commencing in February in the Leichhardt Town Hall Supper Room. |

| Extraordinary Meeting |
| Extraordinary Meetings are held as and when required. The most recent Extraordinary Meeting was held on Wednesday 28 September 2011 for the Mayoral Election. |

| Heritage Advisory Committee |
| The Heritage Advisory Committee meets on a quarterly basis on the 3rd Saturday of the month at 9.30am in the Leichhardt Town Hall Supper Room. |

| High Street Taskforce |
| The Leichhardt/Annandale Taskforce meets on the 1st Monday of the month at 6pm in the Leichhardt Town Hall conference room.
The Balmain/Rozelle Taskforce meets on the 1st Tuesday of the month at 6pm in the Royal Oak Hotel, 36 College St, Balmain. |

| Ordinary Meeting |
| The Ordinary Council Meeting is held on the 4th Tuesday of the month on a monthly basis at 7pm in the Leichhardt Town Hall Council Chambers. Open to the public. |

| Planning Committee |
| The Planning Committee meets bi-monthly on the 2nd Thursday of the month at 6:30pm in the Leichhardt Town Hall Supper Room. Open to the public. |

| Traffic Committee |
| This Committee makes recommendations to Council, they're included in the Ordinary Mtg Business Paper. (Decisions are in the Ordinary Minutes). Issues for the Traffic Committee to consider, must be arranged with the Section prior to the meeting date. |
