Compliance & Rangers Services
Council’s Compliance Department incorporates a diverse group of professional staff including rangers, parking officers, health inspectors, education officers, building surveyors and compliance officers who ensure the local amenity is maintained to be enjoyed by all.
All building works in Leichhardt, whether Exempt Development, Complying Development or in accordance with a Development Application are to be carried out between the hours of 7.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday inclusive, 7.00am to 1.00pm Saturday and is not carried out on Sundays or Public Holidays.
