Community Perceptions Survey Results
In the interests of community consultation, Leichhardt Council has sought to gain an understanding of residents' perceptions, attitudes and satisfaction with the Council and Council services.
Piazza Research, an independent research firm, has designed and conducted the Community Perception Survey over several years. The survey is an important means of providing resident feedback to Leichhardt Council, enabling the Council to strategically plan for the short, medium and long term.
To allow Leichhardt Council to track results over time, Piazza Research has also collated an additional report which compares key survey results for the years 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011. This benchmarking report identifies areas of improving performance, failing performance and areas of unchanged performance.
Survey results are used to assist with the preparation of annual budgets and the 4 year Delivery Programs.
