Land Tax Information
The following information has been provided by the Office of State Revenue.
If you own an investment property (including vacant land, a house, unit or flat) or a holiday home in NSW with a land value of more than $359,000 you need to register with the NSW Office of State Revenue (OSR).
All property owners who may be liable for land tax must register by 31 March 2008 to avoid being charged penalties or interest.
