Our Customer Service Officers can assist you with any enquiries about our services and facilities.

Our objective is to provide quality service to all customers and we welcome resident, business owner and customer feedback on our services and facilities.

Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays)

8.30am to 5.00pm

(Cashier available from 8.30am to 4.30pm only)

Please note, in order to finalise payments before 4:30pm, Development Application lodgements close at 4:00pm.

Justice of the Peace (JP) Service

A JP is available between 10.30am and 11.30am, Monday to Friday, at the Council's Customer Service Counter. Please note it is advisable to Contact Council by phone first on (02) 9367 9222 to check that staff with JP credentials will be available on the day.

Also available at the Annandale Neighbourhood Centre (79 Johnston Street, Annandale, p -  9660 2828)  Tuesdays to Thursdays between 2pm to 4pm ONLY

Language Aide

Council has staff members who can provide Language Adie for residents in the following languages on matters related to council services: Italian, Greek, Arabic, French, Vietnamese & Turkish. Please refer enquiries to Council’s Customer Service Counter.

If you need an interpreter, please call TIS National on 131 450 and ask them to call Leichhardt Council on 02 9367 9222. Our business hours are 8:30am-5pm, Monday-Friday.
